Psalm 40:2. “He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.”
God desires to Lift people out of the sin they are entrenched in. People need to realize that they need the Lord in their lives. I see a Church that will rise up a new generation of believers who not only believe in the Lord but desire to see an impact for the sake of others; an action oriented generation. I see a generation rising up to see others saved, not because of themselves, but for the intimate love they share with the Lord and others. I see a genuine love that stems from the deep relationship built upon the foundational love that Christ has for us. I see a Church that loves everyone, regardless of where they are in their lives, and will stop at nothing to be the hands and feet of Jesus. I see a Church that will not sit by any longer but rather will seek to be game-changers in this world for the Lord.
I see a Church that will meet people where they are at. I see a Church that does not judge, persecute or deny. I see a Church that does not waiver in the truths of God’s Word but seeks to show compassion on others the same way that Christ demonstrated His Father’s grace towards us. I see a Church that works together in unison with other Churches to accomplish the will of the Lord.
I see a Church that does not waiver in the call that God has put on our hearts; does not back down. I see a Church that is fearless, relentless, and passionate. I see a Church that will grow because God is in it and lives are changing for Him. I see a Church that is called, relevant, passionate, true….
I see a Church that is Lifted.
